Identifying Relevant Events – We sourced industry-specific events centered around lead generation, ensuring that attendees were actively interested in outreach automation.
Qualifying Attendees for Fit – Using advanced AI models and scraping technology, we gathered company information to assess whether attendees had a strong use case for HeyReach.
Lead List Segmentation – After qualification, we divided the leads into two strategic outreach approaches:
Bottom-Up Approach – Targeting SDRs within these companies, who would benefit most from automation in their day-to-day workflows.
Top-Down Approach – Targeting founders and directors who influence or make final purchasing decisions.
Split Testing Messaging – We refined our outreach by tailoring messaging based on whether we were addressing SDRs (efficiency and outreach automation) or decision-makers (ROI and pipeline growth), optimizing conversion rates.
We went through a detailed process to figure out and prepare a lead magnet that will get our target audience to take the first step.
