Campaign Strategy:
We launched a series of micro campaigns going after the 'dream accounts'. The approach included:
Identifying Relevant Hyper-Segmented Lists – We focused on attendees from exclusive, high-ticket industry events centered on lead generation. The prospects were both actively investing in outreach automation and high-ticket potential partnerships, making them a perfect fit.
Lead List Segmentation – After qualification, we divided the leads into two strategic outreach approaches:
Bottom-Up Approach – Targeting SDRs within the target companies, who would benefit most from automation in their day-to-day workflows.
Top-Down Approach – Targeting founders and directors who influence or make final purchasing decisions.
Split Testing Messaging – We refined our outreach by tailoring messaging based on whether we were addressing SDRs (efficiency and outreach automation) or decision-makers (ROI and pipeline growth), optimizing conversion rates.
Finally, we spent the majority of the time creating an irresistible lead magnet.
